Laura was an invaluable resource in selling our old home and buying our new one. I followed every bit of her advise and our house sold for the highest amount ever in our neighborhood in Forest Ridge!! She had professional pictures taken and we had people calling about the house within 30 minutes of it going active. Laura did such a phenomenal job selling our house, I begged her to be our agent for our new home 3 1/2 hours away. I’m so glad I did!! Laura found us the PERFECT house! I never even saw it on realtor.com or any of the other search sites. The house is exactly what we wanted and Laura made it happen. I am forever in her debt. Selling and buying a home is so stressful and has so many moving parts. We couldn’t have done it as flawlessly as we did without Laura’s calm, expert, and involved handling. Whew 😅 where do I start!!!! Sylvia came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by a few people!!!! She requested our info and was able to get us an approval in a couple days! After which she began to send us listings!!! She doesn’t PLAY!!! I tell people if you’re not ready to buy don’t call Sylvia 😂 She is what we call our SUPER REALTOR. We started with a company that was not a good fit for us….. she immediately redirected us! Joe closed us in almost a week or so❤️ There were times when we gave us…. SUPER REALTOR said oh no we’re getting this house!!!! I was so annoyed one day and have up then SUPER REALTOR reminded me who I serve💃🏾 Every time something came against us she stop 10 toes down in the ring with us!
