We landed up buying a beautiful condo 1 block from the beach in a newer complex. We paid the lowest price that sold in the building! He is an amazing realtor! I strongly recommend using him, especially on the buying side! Also, not to mention he has a great personality!

This is our third house with Kathleen, 2 rentals and 1 purchase, and I could not possible recommend her in any stronger terms. She is the absolute best. Kathleen made herself available to me and my family 24/7 and took care of every detail for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and her job. She is nice and friendly, always making you feel like you were her only client. As nice as she is, she is a bulldog when it came to negotiating the contract, and holding the seller to task after inspection.
