She is extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the local market. She provided us with the guidance we needed in order to make a decision and ultimately purchase our home. From the first time we met Janice, and all the way through the very end of the process, we were blown away by her knowledge, work ethic, communication, and ability to deliver bottom line results. She guided us through every step of the way, and always provided relevant data/information on each potential property. She didn’t simply print out readily available data (as most agents do). She took the time to research, analyze, and compile the data into a concise and organized format that allowed us to understand the pros and cons of each property. Once we finally decided on a property, Janice streamlined the process from offer to closing, and provided us with step by step guidance. She was always available (day or night) to answer any questions we had. She promptly communicated information between the different parties, and always kept the process moving efficiently.
