I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and decided to buy a second place of residence in Fort Lauderdale. My son’s friend highly recommended Geronimos and the rest is a pleasant and one of a kind history. Being in Maryland, he did a superb job of introducing many different avenues on purchasing a right place to live based on my personal preference and needs, from long distance. He took his time with us patiently and professionally narrowing down to exactly what I want after many views and the elimination of the one we did not want. Moreover, once the right place was picked up Geronimos worked tirelessly throughout the negotiations until we got what we wanted both with the property and the deal. Once the property was purchased unlike the norm, he helped us with more of the same method to find some amazing professional contractors to get the place right to our taste. He even allowed us to store some of our boxes of furniture in his private home!! Being an employer of two hundred people myself and dealing with professionals daily, please believe me when I say that I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE LIKE GERONIMOS! You know those pushy agents only want that commission, sends sporadic listings, can't reach them via text, email, office line; listings so off, prices way outside your range, more impersonal than the stranger sitting next to you on a airplane? Yeah, that is NOT Kendra. She was always a text, or phone call away. Kendra is down to earth, I felt comfortable telling her what I liked or didn't like. She listened to my reservations, and gave honest advice/feedback. She came to each showing prepared, with details about each property, provided a breakdown of what monthly could look like, all to make sure I stayed within my budget. I went into this as a "business" transaction and came out with a house, but also with someone I genuinely like and can consider a friend. Closing day is an emotionally charged day, and Kendra made it an experience to cherishand remember. Kendra went above and beyond my expectations. I would use her again, and have already recommended her to others.
