New Home for the New Year

You know those pushy agents only want that commission, sends sporadic listings, can't reach them via text, email, office line; listings so off, prices way outside your range, more impersonal than the stranger sitting next to you on a airplane? Yeah, that is NOT Kendra. She was always a text, or phone call away. Kendra is down to earth, I felt comfortable telling her what I liked or didn't like. She listened to my reservations, and gave honest advice/feedback. She came to each showing prepared, with details about each property, provided a breakdown of what monthly could look like, all to make sure I stayed within my budget. I went into this as a "business" transaction and came out with a house, but also with someone I genuinely like and can consider a friend. Closing day is an emotionally charged day, and Kendra made it an experience to cherishand remember. Kendra went above and beyond my expectations. I would use her again, and have already recommended her to others.
