Nuria was recommended to me by a dear friend and I am so glad she did. I had planned to move back to Virginia from South Florida but I was really hesitant about doing so. The market was crazy and things were changing so fast I didn't know if I could put my house on the market and get what I needed out of it. Nuria came to my home and assessed what needed to be done, gave me my marching orders, and put my place on the market. She helped with every detail and then brought potential buyers through. My property had a second lot which could have been a complicator but she turned it into a huge selling point. While the house was on sale I had already moved out and had started looking for a new house in my hometown. She kept in touch with me, answered all my questions and always reassured me that we would find the right buyers. Couple weeks later I had a very nice offer and Nuria orchestrated one of the smoothest transactions I had ever heard of. I got more than I wanted and am very happy with her professionalism and intelligence. SHE KNOWS THE BUSINESS, THE AREA AND THE MARKET front and back. She put in lots of hours and drove out of her way to accommodate me on numerous occasions. Always professional, smart and positive. I never doubted her and I would trust her with not only another house deal but pretty much anything. I consider Nuria a dear friend for life. Not just because of her work ethic, but also because she is a genuinely kind and considerate person. Oh and did I mention she is fluent in a couple of languages? In this current real estate market you will need someone who will treat your home or your future home as their own. I highly recommend Nuria Guix and I am certain you will be thrilled to have her on your team. I am genuinely grateful for her help and friendship. You will be too.
