Andy refused to let me be concerned and also prevented me from undervaluing the property for a quick sale. He came up with several innovative plans that I saw showing up in competitor’s listings weeks later. But by then Andy had moved on to new solutions. Always innovative and 3 steps ahead of everyone else with a solid reputation. Andy always has the client’s interest in mind and even works across time zones to seal the deal. I won’t use anyone else.
