This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

I can’t say enough good things about Brad. His devotion to communication and his responsiveness made a world of difference for us. He was fully engaged from start to finish, always on top of the next step and keeping us informed every step of the way. We felt supported and are very grateful for his hard work!
