My wife and I know David for more than 3 years and we consider him a friend not just a very professional realtor. He is trustworthy, diligent, knowledgeable and we definitely recommend him. Firstly, David helped us with renting a wonderful house. Then, we start the journey of searching for our dream home to buy, and David helped us to make the right decisions. He always professionally answered our “many” questions with knowledge and patience. David makes you feel comfortable and that you can trust him with your future home. Also, he never pushes you out of your budget, instead he finds the best options for you within your budget. We finally bought our home, and we are extremely happy; thank you David.

Dennis clearly understood our goals and worked hard to find us the right home. His great advice secured the contract and we had a seamless closing. We already recommended Dennis to two of our friends that are moving to the area.
