Lauren is an exceptional broker. She knows the community well, always worked with our schedule, always gave me hope, and was incredibly supportive in whatever it was that we needed. She was attentive and amazing with my kids and she continues to be a friend.

Lauren helped us buy the Palmetto Bay home we just sold in 2014. We asked her to help us with the sale because we were so satisfied with our initial buying experience with her. In our most recent experience with Lauren, she met with us and gave us a thorough and clear-eyed assessment of the market and local comps. We used her guidance to price our home competitively and generate a timeline for a possible move. Throughout, she provided candid guidance but allowed us to make final decisions. We then watched as she held an open house on the first weekend the house was on the market and generated multiple offers. With her guidance, we accepted an offer higher than asking. Lauren is forthright and trustworthy in a market where that is not always guaranteed. I recommend Lauren highly.
