Heath stepped in to take on our listing after another realtor could not get any traction after 90 days on market. He pursued us since we had a mutual connection from the past and he had plenty of ideas of how to get the deal done. The market in that area was challenging for many reasons, but Heath’s persistence in holding open houses, checking in on the home, sending out messaging, and even going so far as to stand outside the home during open houses to catch drive by’s definitely made a difference in getting the property sold. We appreciated his honesty and expertise when we had questions and how quick he was to find us answers when we needed them. As first time sellers, we felt well taken care of. We would definitely recommend his services to buyers and sellers!

Vinico was able to create an excellent listing for our property & achieve 3 (at our price) offers within 3 days. He then helped successfully guide our sale process through (city) regulatory issues, property mgmt vendor delays, a new roof being installed on the building and other challenges. Vinico was always gracious, quick to respond and several steps ahead of all issues. We’re extremely grateful for his effectiveness, knowledge of real estate and a genuine care to handle details (of our home sale) the right way.

Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents.
