He then helped successfully guide our sale process through (city) regulatory issues, property mgmt vendor delays, a new roof being installed on the building and other challenges. We communicated perfectly helping me understand some formats since I didn't know them and also that I was present, only part of the sale since I live in another country and everything was very positive. Jan was great. We are from Ohio and our children and grandchildren live in Florida.
