Lourdes has great communication skills and is very good at seeing many perspectives. She's great at negotiating and collaborating with buyers and sellers too. She had a very good feel for the current market and gave me great advice on preparing my house for sale. I was able to tailor my prep to her advice and we got a lot of offers with the first and actually only showing! I found a buyer I liked right away!!
