This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Peter sold my mothers home for me He always showed up on time an responded to my calls personally and rapidly. His recommendations for what to repair and not to repair was sot on. The house was priced right and sold quickly. He was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him
