Even when a couple of unexpected issues with still open permits from well before we even purchased the home popped up due to hick ups of the City of Weston and Broward County he resolved it very fast and efficient. Also after all was done, paid and delivered another issue with City of Sunrise came up he acted immediately and resolved it.
