We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! When she initially presented it to us, it was not a choice we would have considered on our own, but she assured us it was worth checking out. So glad we trusted her better judgment! We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. Jan was great. We are from Ohio and our children and grandchildren live in Florida. We found this home and Jan met with our children and showed them around and we purchased the home sight unseen because of the time Jan spent with them and how knowledgeable she was about handling everything long distance. We are very happy with our new home.
