He connected us with a realtor out of state to assist us in the purchase of a new home in Colorado while he worked on selling our Miami property. His recommendation was a home run. He was fair and fought in our favor when buyer demands seemed outrageous and helped mediate so both parties felt satisfied. If ever I were to do realty business in South Florida again I would happily do it again with David and his team. I would more than highly recommend utilizing his expertise.
