We have worked with Melissa through three separate house transactions over the past ten years and in every one, she has impressed me with her diligence, work ethic and attention to detail. Most notably, however, is her kindness. Selling a house is really parting with a home, and at every stage she reassured us with a "i've got this" approach that made us feel we were taken care of. There is a myriad of pitfalls to buying or selling a house and having a great realtor like Melissa ensured we did everything right, legal and as beneficial as possible to ensure we were getting a fair deal. We highly recommend Melissa Adams as your realtor - a truly exceptional person and an amazing realtor, you'll be very happy with the process and outcome.

Julie was absolutely fantastic. After we failed to get the first house we made an offer on, she kept looking (even though I had stopped) and ended up finding the perfect house did me. Then she aggressively fought for me so I could end a bidding war. She is FANTASTIC!!!
