Renier is truly outstanding at his job. He helped me and my fiance' purchase our first ever home. While purchasing a property can be an overwhelming process, both emotionally and financially, Renier helped make it significantly more manageable. Renier handles every stage of the process with kid gloves and superior professionalism, always working in his client's best interest and going above and beyond their needs. We were first and foremost impressed by Renier's in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Coconut Grove, which helped us quickly get up to speed with the latest trends and market dynamics of an area that we fell in love with at first sight. He truly knows the ins and outs of the Grove across all asset classes (e.g. homes, townhouses, condos) and transaction types (e.g. sales, rentals). Once we started working with him, we quickly noticed his constant responsiveness and relentless focus and attention from start to closing. Above all, he ultimately helped us successfully purchase our amazing home by negotiating a great deal. The amount of times that my fiance' and I would hang up the phone after speaking with Renier and say "WOW" to each other is countless. He is truly the best in his industry and makes you feel like you are his only client even though his track-record is impressive, rightly so. He goes above and beyond and we strongly recommend him.

William (Bill) is an absolute professional with decades of experience in the market. We relocated from Manhattan down to Coral Gables. My wife and I had a very clear vision of what we wanted. Bill was able to work with both of us individually and together to understand our dream home. He has established and tested relationships with brokers, financing houses, lawyers, and inspectors to make the closing process as smooth as possible. He is also a psychologist when necessary! I would 100% recommend Bill to anyone looking for a property.
