He has a great balanced and patient approach of listening to you, your concerns, and opinions respectfully, while simultaneously making sure to provide his expert opinion, with data and facts always behind it, in order to allow you to make a clear-headed, rational decision. In the end, he will always support however way you choose to proceed. Whether big or small, Andrea wants to do what is fair and get you the best possible outcome, always going to battle for me.
