I am still in shock at how much money we got for our home and how smooth the process was thanks to Stephanie and Herika's expertise. They were very responsive, produced outstanding marketing materials and made us feel like we were their only clients even though they have many. We had six offers on the first day of showings and when the first two offers fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, they had deals already lined up before even calling us about it. They made the process as stress-free as you can get when selling a home with kids and multiple pets. Strongly recommend Stephanie and will definitely contact her if I ever sell my home again.

Jessica jumped to show us several condos with short notice and to fit it in while we were visiting from out of town. She obtained video tours of units we could not gain access to. She answered all our questions along the way and even went to our property during the home inspection and to meet an AC repair gentlemen while we were closing when we couldn’t be there.
