Yrokey explained the marketing plan he was going to implement to get my property sold fast and for the maximum amount of money the market will allow and, I was shock that the first weekend he did the open house he was able to bring multiple offer and we got under contract and closed the sale for far more than what property were selling in my community (Huntington in Miramar). What most impressed me from Yrokey was his tremendous work ethic and character, never pressure me into signing the listing contract and that make me felt very comfortable because the first agent I interviewed I felt that pressure.
