I am a recently separated disable Navy Veteran new to FL. I started looking for a home October 2021. I looked from North Lauderdale to south Miami with no realtor. I felt pressured to hurry up and put an offer in or buy this home it will be worth 25% more in 6 months from every open house I went to. So, I waited till I found the right agent and it was worth the 6 months wait. Honesty is hard to come by especially in the real estate world, but Ashleigh was 100% honest. Didn’t matter what the topic was she laid it out while not making me feel pressured one way or the other. Anyone can drive a nice car and be all dressed up, but that does not mean they are professional at all. She listened to what I was looking for and really considered my needs vs wants without discouraging me. Let me assure you this was not just because I am a veteran or new to the area.
