Derek is one of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with in any context. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect home at the right price. Then he fought on my behalf to make sure we closed. Through all the hurdles and challenges, he showed unparalleled dedication and commitment; I’ve never seen someone work so hard for someone else. Here’s what sets him apart within the industry: 1) responsive & responsible – two things that are hard to come by in Miami 2) intelligent and knowledgeable – he gets the numbers, the risks, the concerns and he will make sure you understand them too 3) trustworthy- you don’t need to worry about ulterior motives 4) he treats you like family. I wouldn’t be a home owner today if it wasn’t for Derek – thanks for everything!
