Ms Puleo sold our house in 7-8 days in a slow market. The house was still partially furnished and unoccupied as a resident had downsized. Ms Puleo negotiated with a challenging buyers agent (pushing back as necessary and recommending we give a little when necessary). Ms Puelo also helped with the final push to remove some last items of furniture that we had left in the garage (as time was of the essence )
