I moved down to St. Petersburg from the DC area in January 2026. Josh came highly recommended from several friends who had used him as their agent when they moved to the area. He helped me with my first ever home purchase and I’m so glad I had him in my corner. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from 1000 miles away is another story. Josh helped me every step of the way, even going above and beyond to tour properties, send me videos, and share his advice. He guided me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. As long as Josh is in real estate, I won’t use anyone else.

She listens and narrows down your options to very good choices. Very communicative by phone, email, and text. She made signing the documents and any amendments very easy. Assists with setting up the inspections, appraisals, survey, walk-throughs, closing which made it very easy on me and greatly appreciated. Her knowledge of the current market conditions and rules/laws confirms why I will always have her as my Realtor. I have been working with her for over 15 yrs and she even helped me find a realtor in TN so she has a huge network.

Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.
