If I could give 5 thousand stars, I absolutely would. I chose Beth as my realtor because she is a lifelong local with outstanding reviews—and she exceeded every expectation. From the moment we met at the property, there was an immediate sense of trust and connection, as though we had known each other for years. I shared my goals with Beth, and within less than 24 hours she had completed her due diligence, came back with confident numbers, placed the sign in the yard, and listed the property as “Coming Soon.” She went above and beyond by helping me close out an open city permit and connected me with a highly reputable local contractor to take care of a few final items prior to listing. Thanks to her extensive local network, strategic marketing, and the exceptional photography she arranged, we received a full-price offer within 24 hours of going live. The closing process was underway within a week and progressed smoothly from start to finish. Beth’s decades of experience, deep knowledge of the area, and unmatched professional connections are exactly what made this sale both fast and seamless. Most importantly, she did not give a home away for a quick sale. She skillfully uses her expertise, resources, and proven strategies to ensure top value for her clients. I could not recommend Beth more highly.

I could not have been more pleased with Beth's services from start to finish. She went above and beyond in every way, and could not have been more pleasant to work with. Highly, highly recommend Beth Daly.

Beth is so pleasant and knowledgeable! We were looking to downsize for our new home. Beth was so aware of the market and the houses in the area we wanted to live. She made the process less stressful. Beth is also well connected with any companies needed to make moving in easy. She will always give you an honest answer and gives you the best information to make informed decisions. Overall, we had a wonderful buying experience in purchasing our new home!
