Working with Bryan was a great experience… He's got a great personality, very optimistic , and it was very easy to communicate with. My house had been on the market for a year with two different realtors, my first realtor was green and totally clueless. her ideas and suggestions cost me thousands and was a total disaster. my second realtor brought a lot of people in, but no offers were made. after each of their six month contracts expired, i took my time and that's when i struck gold. Bryan Gold. I appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness. He started bringing in potential buyers right away and within the first couple of months I had an offer… however; the offer fell through as the buyers backed out, i was pretty bummed, but Bryan was optimistic and kept grinding it out for me and then... BOOM. 2 weeks later i got an offer (Who eventually ended up buying the unit), and then another offer as a backup. He got me 3 offers in just a couple of months when my other realtors failed to get me anything at all. he follows up with everybody that comes to look and was present for most showings. i wish i would had found him from the beginning. can't say enough great things about this guy. HIRE THIS MAN ALREADY!

Susan’s service went over and above. She assisted us in clearing out the condo and arranging for the removal of furniture. She helped me get the condo ready for sale. Giving her expert advice on what needed to be done we were able to sell the condo on the first day. She Gave me great advice on what needed to be done. With her staging the condo we sold it for top dollar on the first open house. I highly recommend Susan and we would use again.
