Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.

Irene stood out with her personalized approach by taking the time to understand our preferences and lifestyle. She endlessly searched for our perfect home and made sure to stay on top of any homes arising on the market that met our criteria. She was beyond patient, communicative and flexible with ensuring we found the perfect one.

Alcides was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Alcides took in consideration all details about the house I was looking for and took the time to schedule homes that would most interest me, and I appreciate that. Overall it was a pleasure working with Alcides Gonzalez and his team.

We were moving from out of state, & LaTonyia made the experience of buying a home as seamless as possible!! She was so patient & extremely knowledgeable. We were super indecisive & a bit (a lot) picky, but LaTonyia didn’t get annoyed or frustrated with us. She stayed as sweet as she was day 1 throughout the entire process.
