I was skeptical about purchasing a house, since we had received so much run around in the past. Within a month of meeting Toshia we were actively looking for a home. By the 3rd month we were in the closing process! Thank you Toshia! You truly helped my family's dreams a reality once more!!

Nadine was perfect for me. She listened to what I liked, what I needed, what I wanted, what I could afford. She didn’t push me towards condos that didn’t meet my criteria. She was patient. She was fun. She was always professional. After we found the perfect condo and submitted an offer, she was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. I felt like she was my partner in the process all along. In addition, she’s simply a very nice lady!

Working with Mary has been wonderful!!! My wife and I wanted to see many places, Mary would get us appointments to see everything in a matter of hours and that gave us advantage over other buyers so ee could make our dream come true! She also provided great advices about the market, insurances and any concern you might have, she also knows a lot of people and helped us beyond the purchase and even after we finished it! If you go with Mary, you can’t go wrong!!!
