Andressa helped us purchase a condo remotely. She spend countless hours driving and videoing locations for us until we stumbled across the perfect unit. Over the course of our professional relationship- I spoke with her many times daily- I spoke with her probably more than anyone else in my life during the transaction. I was so nervous about buying a condo from states away- she made it SO easy. Her patience, professionalism, and now her friendship is what makes her a great agent! She will be my Florida agent for life now 🥰!

I DID COUPLE OF BUSINESS WITH BASIL: BUYING, RENTING AND SELLING THE HOUSES. I AM VERY MUCH PLEASED WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM IN REAL STATE BUSINESS.

As a first time home buyer, I feel very lucky that Rona was my realtor! She was communicative, understanding, and helpful. The entire process from house hunting to closing was a breeze, thanks to Rona. I am very appreciative!
