Lorena is great! She showed us houses the weekend before she went on vacation and even during vacation she checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Very knowledgeable and super thorough and prepared. She always took time to make sure we understood and answered any and all questions, even the silly ones 😁. Being first-time home buyers, we were definitely nervous about the entire experience. However, working with Mike and his team we always felt informed along each step and in a timely manner. He also took time out to walk you through as much or as little as you wanted and no question was too dumb or annoying.
