The main reason I enjoyed working with Carlos Campana is due to the profound experience he has working the real estate market, as well as working with other realtors. He knows his business well enough, to maneuver a deal, not only professionally, but also, with such tenacity by getting to know his opponent well enough to present a negotiating price. As soon as I was able to have a good conversation with Carlos, I was able to get a good feel of the extent of his skills and knowledge. Not to mention, he was also very quick to get back to me, even though at the time I was only looking for a rental. At that moment I knew he was the Realtor I had been looking for all along. Therefore, it wasn’t long before I was able to transition from “renting” into “purchasing” the real estate property. Especially, after knowing I was in great hands, and was able to trust Carlos with the purchase of this property. My only regret has been not meeting him sooner, to have allowed him to have handled the sale of my house in Cutler Bay, back in January. I will surely call him once I’m ready to purchase my next property out south, in about two years.

As an avid residential real estate investor, I have been able to work with many residential agents and none come close to Griffin Wallace. I will never use anyone else besides Griffin when buying homes in Florida. He was there for me every step of the way and was available to speak/text 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
