Best agent in South Florida
As an avid residential real estate investor, I have been able to work with many residential agents and none come close to Griffin Wallace. I will never use anyone else besides Griffin when buying homes in Florida. He was there for me every step of the way and was available to speak/text 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Griffin never took longer then 10 minutes to respond to my messages and was able to find the perfect properties for me. Also Griffin has great relationships with many brokers/agents in South Florida and was able to get me to see homes that were not yet listed on MLS/Zillow. This was a huge factor for us in why we used Griffin from the start as he was able to get us into exclusive listings. Thanks again Griffin!
