I am not a person that reviews much, neither products or services. I just want to take this opportunity, since Shane definitely deserves my time, to tell anybody that wants to listen, how professional, capable, market knowledgeable, understanding and PATIENCE he is. In this market, (Miami real state) where most of everything is over promised and under delivered, Shane Graber it was a blessing. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for him. We meet over two years ago, when he sold me the house we currently live in. Today we remain friends, and that for me is important. if you want to sell your house, call him, if you want to buy a house call him and ask what he has in his reach, you will not be disappointed.

My salesperson, Maria Da Luz Coelho, has knowledge of the market since throughout the entire process of selling my property, she kept me up to date on the market corresponding to my property in the area. We communicated perfectly helping me understand some formats since I didn't know them and also that I was present, only part of the sale since I live in another country and everything was very positive. I believe that Mrs. Coelho, she is very professional, she knows the subject, and she knows how to apply her knowledge before other professionals who intervened in the sale.

Alexandra is an exceptional realtor, seamless process, great communication, and perfect home! Since our first meeting she understood my complex schedule and she adjusted to that helping us visit houses. Very professional and always ready for your questions. She became a good friend. Thanks Alexandra for your time and your kindness.

Brenda was a pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy and was available for any question. She is very familiar with the area and has great insight. I will definitely recommend her to any and all making a move to Melbourne Florida.

Jennifer was wonderful to work with! She made sure any and all questions I had got answered. She has a wealth of knowledge and I always felt like she was in my corner. She was patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before I committed to anything. I couldn't be happier with my new home and I can't thank her enough. Thanks again Jennifer!
