We went down to Florida to look for a condo. Spoke to Candace on the phone and she lined up different neighborhoods and properties for us to see. Nothing worked out on our visit. Very soon after we left Florida Candace called and had a condo she thought we would like. She went to see it for us and gave us the details. The next day we made an offer and it was accepted. Candace was on top of all the dates and items we had to take care of all through the process. Two months later we moved in! Candace always returned calls and answered questions throughout those months.

I recently sold a home thru America Realty. Douglas Mariano was referred by family members who have used his services for years and have always praised his professionalism and “can do” attitude. He responded immediately to calls, texts, emails and kept constant communication and updates regarding the status of the sale. I was out of the country when the buyer’s lender needed to do the appraisal and Douglas took upon himself to connect electricity on his name so that closing wouldn’t be delayed. As a realtor She helped me a lot during my searching and giving advices, so honest about everything she see. Even though she pointed out things that I didn't see. Everyhouse we tour, she looks from the ceiling to the corner of the walls. It is great to work with someone that care even more than yourself. We had been touring for so many houses that I couldn't numbered. she never complaints, always take a good looks at the house that I send her, tell me what she think it should be the one. Tell me no rush. I am 100% would like to work with her again and highly recommend
