As an avid residential real estate investor, I have been able to work with many residential agents and none come close to Griffin Wallace. I will never use anyone else besides Griffin when buying homes in Florida. He was there for me every step of the way and was available to speak/text 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Griffin never took longer then 10 minutes to respond to my messages and was able to find the perfect properties for me. Also Griffin has great relationships with many brokers/agents in South Florida and was able to get me to see homes that were not yet listed on MLS/Zillow. This was a huge factor for us in why we used Griffin from the start as he was able to get us into exclusive listings. Thanks again Griffin!

Just awesome. The whole process always in excellent hands of a dedicated professional. It felt like being cared for by a friend. Even when a couple of unexpected issues with still open permits from well before we even purchased the home popped up due to hick ups of the City of Weston and Broward County he resolved it very fast and efficient. Also after all was done, paid and delivered another issue with City of Sunrise came up he acted immediately and resolved it. Thank you again from the whole family and we will hopefully soon be able to us his services again. Just solid excellence.
