I am in my first home because of Ashley! There was other offers, even probably better than my offer but because Ashley was prompt and knowledgeable and that got my offer was accepted. This was the only home I looked at and got it. It pays to have a realtor who can talk that talk. She kept me up to date on everything and even gave me pointers on some things that would of definitely slipped my mind. My lender was also happy to work with her as well.

I was referred to Izabella Boginsky by my son whom Izabella helped to buy a house just a few months ago. It was a real pleasure working with Izabella who is not just a very experienced and knowledgeable professional, but also a very nice person. Izabella is someone you can trust and rely on, she is attentive, responsive, flexible and patient, always giving professional advice and providing guidance. After the inspection Izabella negotiated repairs on my behalf and got me a great deal. There were challenging times during the closing process but thanks to Izabella’s excellent coordination skills, the whole process went smoothly. I am very thankful to Izabella and I will highly recommend her as an agent to anyone looking to buy a property in Florida.
