Jerry was able to negotiate my sale ABOVE listing! In a turbulent residential housing market situation in South Florida, Jerry was able to navigate my sale through calm waters. Along the process, we had a difficult buyer with unreasonable expectations. As you can imagine, this was a stressful situation...this is the reason you hire Jerry. Mr. Vega's calm demeanor, experience (especially with out of state/country buyers and sellers), and local knowledge were key in making sure that all parties were accommodated sufficiently.
