My experience with the realtor was fantastic. She's a true professional. She's incredibly communicative and always explains everything clearly. Whenever I had questions, she answered them all. She kept me fully informed about the process, guiding me step by step. She was always available any day or time, and above all, she was absolutely honest. I recommend her 100%.

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Once more I had the blessing to work with the best realtor in town! I loved the owesome experience, she was very helpful, BEFORE the purchase of the lot, DURING the process and AFTER. I am very greatful with her.

Kelly found us our house in less than a week, and helped us close in just a few weeks less than that.
