Jasond met me right at the airport the very morning I arrived, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. On that same day, he walked me through the properties and portfolios we had previously discussed back-to-back. Later that day, he also took me to the office of the attorney who would assist us with the purchase and introduced us. As a foreigner buying a property in Miami for the first time, he supported me through every step of this process, sharing his professional insights with me daily. He meticulously resolved any challenges we encountered during the home-buying journey. Not only did he find a profitable property, but shortly after the purchase, he also quickly secured a reliable tenant who pays regularly without any delays. He showed exceptional dedication by personally taking the time to help resolve minor issues in the house. I am extremely glad to have met him, and we will definitely work together again on future purchases. To someone coming from a foreign country with no prior knowledge of the local system, he explained every step clearly, guiding me with his expertise. I look forward to collaborating with him again. Jan was great. We are from Ohio and our children and grandchildren live in Florida. We found this home and Jan met with our children and showed them around and we purchased the home sight unseen because of the time Jan spent with them and how knowledgeable she was about handling everything long distance. We are very happy with our new home.
