Our experience compared to others , Marie was second to none. Especially in this situation nothing seemed to go right on the sellers part. She navigated us through it with Grace and at times with determination and fortitude! Knowing that this wasn’t her first rodeo, comforted us through this complex situation one for the record books! Hard to explain what we had to endure by the seller. She got us over the finish line and had her best interest front and center the whole time , never wavering or compromising who she was fighting for “our new home” 😀 So writing this review is a pleasure and at least I could do for all she’s done for us. The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.

Luis was a tremendous help with the purchase of our new home in Florida. We worked together mostly remotely since I was living out of state but I felt as if he was right by my side during the process. Luis is punctual, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend his services.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell or purchase! For me, he has the character to deal with the different personalities of my husband and I. He is efficient, effective, proactive, diligent with time sensitive issues and extremely knowledgeable even in areas that should be outside of his scope of work! He is all these things while being engaging, understanding and even as emotionally invested as I was into my home. It is as if he is working not only for me but WITH me which goes a long way. In my case, I did a home purchase which is in of itself an emotional rollercoaster! Jason was very involved in the entire process from start to finish. He was attentive to all my wants needs and goals and really found me the perfect home! He made me feel more at ease and pretty much held my hand through the entire process (which if you are like me and this is your first home, you might be somewhat clueless to all that goes into it). He was readily available to address any concerns, guide me throughout and he did put my interests above all else! I really could not ask for a better agent and I WILL be recruiting him for all my future "property" related transactions!
