Iliana Rodriguez did a great job selling my house. She was with me every step of the way. She provided marketing reports showing exactly how much the house could sell for and assisted in determining a fair selling price. She was always on my side in negotiating with the buyer and got the price that I wanted. She was also so helpful. During the sale, I needed maintenance on the house and because I live so far away, she went to the house to wait for and let the maintenance person inside. It was a big help. I appreciated her quick responses to my questions and all her assistance. Illiana made this sale very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend her, and I would use her again.

Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.
