Meghan went about and beyond our imagination to sale our house at the price we wanted. Our home appraised bellow the price, she did not let us bring our price lower. She disputes the appraisal and was able to raise the value of our home to the asking price. I sold and bought many homes but never seen anyone as helpful as she. I’m so grateful to know her.

Ellen Mitchel is an outstanding Real Estate broker/agent. Her knowledge of the market is superb and she communicates constantly throughout the process. Real estate transactions can have a few hiccups and she guides you through them with expertise! We priced my condo a little higher than I thought it would fetch so I was extremely happy with the results. She is great listener, which is vital, and has a wealth of information. I have known Ellen personally for over 20 years and this is the second property she has sold for us. Don't hesitate contacting her and her team- you will be happy you did!
