We were searching the web in October for a condo in FT. Lauderdale and happened to select Rick's web page and put in an email. He sent different MLS listings monthly for us to review. We didn't talk to him until May. We visited the area and Rick showed a bunch of condo's that met our criteria. His help was invaluable in securing the mortgage in a timely manner. He was available anytime we called or texted him with questions or concerns. We signed a contract May 8 to secure our condo. Thanks Rick.

Chris helped guide us through an enormous list of potential homes in Miami, a brand new city for us. First he helped us when we were out-of-state and then continued after we arrived in a temporary residence. He took time to understand our family's various wants and needs and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Clearly, he was looking for us to be happy with our new home and not just cut a deal. Also, Chris brought much-needed expertise on a number of issues as we were looking at 80+ year old homes. An absolute gem of an agent. Highly recommend!!
