It has been quite a few years since we bought or sold a home, so we forgot about all of the challenges that can ambush you, especially these days, when it comes to selling a home. Without Royland and his team, we would not have survived the ordeal in one piece, that's for sure. He was an exceptional negotiator for us and was familiar with all of the curveballs that the city, title companies, buyers, inspectors, etc. could suddenly throw at us. It was the act of continually prepping us for potential issues and possible contingencies that calms the nerves and establishes trust along the way; and trust is the most important factor for us when buying or selling a home. We certainly had some challenges with our sale, but Royland was the steady hand throughout. Thank you again, Royland, and many thanks to everyone on your team as well.

Melanie truly went above and beyond for us. Our transaction had its share of hurdles, but she stayed by our side through every twist and turn. She stepped up in ways I never would have imagined, proving she’s not just a real estate professional, but a dedicated advocate. For anyone seeking a pro who puts in 150% effort, look no further.

Marie's expertise and knowledge of the market helped sell the unit for a favorable price.
