I had reached out to so many agents and none of them were ever able to even get me IN for a viewing.. until I met Ousman! I met Ousman as I was viewing another property in an adjacent neighborhood from the home I fell in love with. During the time he was showing me this other property, I asked if he was able to show me the one nearby and within ONE PHONE CALL, he made it possible to see the property.. THAT DAY. Throughout the whole process of buying my dream home, he made it possible to get everything I was asking for (and then some!) and was always extremely attentive! Zulay is very attentive and detail oriented. She was always one step ahead of everything. I’ve heard the stories of buying a house and how stressful the process is, but I can honestly say this process was a breeze. There were obstacles and hurdles along the way to purchase our home but she was always one step ahead and made it so stress free. For something that is potentially the biggest purchase of someone’s lifetime, to have Zulay walk us through every step detail by detail and completely shield us from any stress or issue was amazing, she made it so simple and easy it made the buying process enjoyable and memorable for us.
