I have to brag so much about Marilyn, after a difficult decision to sell my moms first home, which was a very challenging task, she was able to help my mom then purchase an apartment in a very desirable are in Pembroke Pines. After many failed offers, she pushed for an early viewing of a place that had just hit the market and got us under contract within a few days. In a competitive buyers market, she made the whole experience easy, quick and was always readily available. I’m extremely satisfied with her service and determination. Now my mom has her forever home and so much peace of mind.
