This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

We have been working with Allan since 2013. He has helped us with the sale and purchase of 4 properties. In December 2019 my family and I moved to from Florida to Georgia. Allan helped us with the sale of our home in FL. He is highly professional and extremely likable. He is the voice of reason when all reason goes out the door. He is the most positive person even when the biggest obstacle stands in the way. He has a way of reassuring you every step of the way. He is a good person and will represent your property the best way any one could. I recommend Allan (Hammer Realty) for his know, his extremely professional demeanor, and for being so personable. If you're looking for a realtor, look no further, you found the right one!
