Mr. Pelaez was recommended by a good friend who purchased their new home with him. After explaining to Allan the reasoning for selling my home, he was very helpful and gave me advice on what would be the next steps to take. After reviewing the terms, Allan went above and beyond helping me understand the contract. I am very thankful for his help, not only did the contract manage to fall once, but he was able to get it back on the market quickly at a higher price and sell it.
