Smooth process

We met with Consuelo and reviewed all comparable properties in the complex currently for sale and discussed pricing and number of days on the market . Whilst the ultimate decision on the sale price Consuelo provided us with her recommendation for a quick sale. We received various offers and she eventually successfully negotiated a full price offer with no credits after inspection. We were very satisfied with her services and professionalism.
